Hind Rectifiers Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to transmission of shares from Uma Nevatia (Promoter category) to Suramya Nevatia (Promoter Group category) on December 2, 2016, Suramya Nevatia has now been reclassified under 'Promoter category' from 'Promoter Group category'. Further, Akshada Nevatia, wife of Suramya Nevatia who was earlier classified as 'Public Category' having 5,100 (0.03 per cent of the paid-up capital of the company) equity shares, is now being categorised under 'promoter group category''. Shares of Hind Rectifiers slipped 0.52 per cent at ₹85.70 on the NSE.
