Hicare partners with Blueair for selling air purifiers

KOLKATA: Pest control and home cleaning services firm, Hicare has entered into a partnership with Swedish firm Blueair to launch air purifiers which will be sold through direct-to-home business model across 200 markets.

Hicare will sell the Blueair purifiers priced upwards of Rs 24,990 and will provide advice on selection of the model, installation and also cater to service.

Blueair chief marketing officer Annika Waller said the company identified India as a key market for the brand with rising awareness about good and healthy living. Hicare CEO Himanshu Chakrawarti said the company been consumer driven, expects to gain significant share of the air purifier market.
