Jupiter Capital Pvt Ltd has made an open offer to shareholders of TRC Financial Services to acquire up to 13 lakh shares, or 26 per cent, of the BSE-listed company. The open offer, made by Chartered Capital & Investment on behalf of the acquirers, is being made at ₹18 a share. The stock of TRC Financial closed at ₹3 on January 5, when it last traded.
